ECM battleships don't seem to pull aggro anymore either. Warped in the Damnation instead and it tanked the sleepers like a boss. Weird change, but not one that really matters.

You can't fit a capital through a C4 connection. If you want a capital in a class 4 system you need to build it there. Then you can fly as many as you want inside the system.
